Thank You for Visiting Us at the Windlesham Village Fete

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Windlesham Film Club stall at this year's Windlesham Village Fete. It was wonderful to chat with so many familiar faces, meet new people and hear how much our community cinema means to local residents.

The Village Fete is always one of the highlights of the year. It's one of those special occasions that brings the whole village together – a chance to catch up with old friends, make new ones and celebrate everything that makes Windlesham such a fantastic community. We're proud to support the event and were delighted to be taking part for the second year running.

The glorious sunshine certainly helped, and we're sure everyone involved in organising the day was relieved to see such perfect weather after all the hard work that goes into making the fete happen each year.

We always enjoy catching up with our fellow stallholders too, including Lou from Savannah Gifts, one of our valued Film Club supporters, and it's lovely to see so many local organisations working together to make the day such a success.

A special thank you goes to our own committee members, Paul and Robert, who spent much of the day helping the wider fete team with the huge task of setting up and clearing everything away. Meanwhile, Helen, Hazel, Karen and Tracy enjoyed welcoming visitors to our stall and talking all things film throughout the day. We're also very grateful to Brian and Simon for lending a hand with setting up our stall before the festivities began.

Days like these remind us that Windlesham Film Club is about so much more than watching films. It's about bringing people together, creating friendships and being part of the wonderful community we all call home.
